Stormwater Management

When it rains, water is absorbed into surfaces like sand and gravel because they are pervious surfaces. Stormwater flows over impervious surfaces – rooftops, sidewalks and streets, and forbids the natural filtration process from occurring.

Cabrini College, in Radnor, Pennsylvania, is a small school in suburban Philadelphia. Although a small private school, the administration has taken several steps with stormwater management.
